MODIFIED MAPS AND HOW TO USE THEM

Heres a quick explanation.

1)-Before you download the files go to your C drive in Windows Explorer or throught My Computer.
Once you have clicked on (highlited) the C drive click on "File" at the top left corner of the
Explorer page. Move down to "New" and then clcik "Folder". When windows makes this "New Folder
rename it to "New IS Maps".


2)-Now do the same thing again and create a folder called "Old IS Maps"

3)-Still in Windows Explorer go to C:\Program Files\DreamCatcher\Iron Storm\levels\multi\isdm3 and
you will see two files. Cut and then paste the one marked isdm3_dm.gex to the "Old IS Maps" folder
you created.


4)-Now download the map(s) to the "New IS Maps" folder. You will need WinRar to decompress these
files. You can get WinRar from our "Downloads" web page.Using WinRar simply "Extract Files Here" and
it will decompress the map file for you. Once this is done copy the file to C:\Program
Files\DreamCatcher\Iron Storm\levels\multi\isdm3. (If you downloaded Map3B make sure to remove the
"B" from the file name (rename).


5)-One more step is involved if you dowenloaded the "No Wind" map. Right click on the file and
remane it. All you want to do is remove the "No Wind" part. Click enter and now you have a complete
replacement for the original file.


If you also downloaded the Team DM map al you have to do is follow the step 3 except you will cut
the file marked isdm_tdm3.gex and paste it into the Old IS maps folder. Then copy paste the new map
into C:\Program Files\DreamCatcher\Iron Storm\levels\multi\isdm3


Now when you start a game or go into a server running a DM map3 game you will see the night sky and
if you got the No Wind file you will no longer be bothered by the FREAKING wind that the game
designers insisted on putting in the game to drive us nuts.

i ment warrock as i have just formatted and i need to reinstall warrock onto my computa so i can play and i need it to destress me and editing a map with be WELL stressfull lol so i need my warrock lol
